Declarer wins with dummy's ace and runs three spades and five diamonds as before. On the last diamond if West discards a heart then declarer can set up a heart as shown previously. If he discards a fourth club declarer also pitches a club and follows with a club to the ace. Now a low heart is played to the jack. If West wins declarer can win the last two tricks with a finesse against the nine but if he ducks declarer plays a club to East's queen. East can decide whether declarer or dummy take the last two tricks. Wonderful analysis!
