Everything revolves around avoiding three heart losers, and with this type of hand where there are ample trumps it's best to clear the decks ready for the job - in other words eliminate the other side suits before tackling the hearts. Ruff the opening lead, cross to a trump in dummy and ruff the last spade high. With the trumps being 3-0 you cannot afford to draw them all and cash diamonds, intending to ruff the last in dummy if they are not 3-3, as dummy would have no trumps left..
