No, best to draw trumps and cash the diamonds ending in dummy, hoping for an even break, Only then lead a heart towards hand. When your king loses to South he must lead another heart to prevent a ruff and discard, but North is now end-played. Note that it doesn't do him any good to rise with the queen on the first heart because dummy's ten will become the eleventh trick.
25/03/2026: With the 3-3 break in diamonds, declarer can get gome by ducking North's heart7. Maybe that's a better chance, because South might have started with heartAQJ9. When North does actually turn up with the queen, declarer ducks that too, of course. Any thoughts on declarer's best line?
