It's highly unlikely that partner has four hearts because he would double again, so after a while you decide the bidding is consistent with partner holding the equivalent of a 2NT opener, and you pass.

Now look at partner's problems on spade2 lead from South. North plays the ten and you win with the king. You biff out the clubs and South throws two hearts and a diamond, whereas North throws diamondJ, a spade and a heart.
