You only have eleven tricks - six trumps, two hearts, two diamonds and a club. That's assuming the diamond finesse works of course, and maybe South started with diamondKx, so you do a little cross-ruffing anyway. Win the spade at trick two, club to the ace, diamond finesse, club ruff, diamond to the ace, club ruff, heartAK and a heart ruff. Now when you ruff a third club your last one is established. Great, but the only problem is that you only have one trump left and cannot back to hand except via a ruff. This is the position.
