This is a fascinating hand but cruel hand. All three declarers who declared 6heart failed to make the contract, and they all adopted a different line. One won clubA, cashed heartAQ and played spadeQ, spadeK and a low spade. South ruffed in ahead of declarer with heart10 and led a club. One off.
Another declarer won clubA and took the diamond finesse! Two off.
The third declarer won clubA, ruffed two diamonds in dummy using diamondA and spadeQ as entries to hand. When spadeAK were cashed South ruffed and this left West with two club losers. It takes nerves of steel to duck to duck at trick one, especially when that could be the only way to defeat, but that was the way to ensure success with merely twelve tricks the goal. However ...
