If this hand was entered into a bidding challenge competition I would imagine there would be a range of answers. There would be support for 3heart (assuming 2heart was game forcing), 4heart - general values, 4diamond - splinter and perhaps 3club from the bid-out-your-shape fans. My own choice would not be 3club - I think that should show a better hand - perhaps with clubK instead of the six. I'd probably plump for 4diamond, as long as partner will not expect guaranteed four card support.
