Bidding gurus might care to reflect on
a) what East should rebid over West's 3diamond.
b) what West should do over South's 4heart and
c) whether North should smack 5heart.

My personal votes go for a) 3NT b) Double c) No, unless North assumes that South was intending to bid again. In that case, still No! Let South take the blame.
