I always appreciate a helping hand from the opposition, if not from those at the next table, and just before the board was passed over they commented "it's not a bad contract .... only needed the spade finesse". Mindful not to get too high in the bidding, I opened 1NT (15-17) with the South's slightly top heavy collection. Partner responds a constructive 2club - five card Stayman.

2NT now in our methods would deny a four or five card major, so what do you bid?
