Looking at the South hand, you have three losers outside of trumps. If you can dispose of them, then 4heart might even make if there are three trump losers! To ensure control of the diamond suit when dummy is bereft of trumps it is essential to retain diamondA, so ruff the lead in dummy, cash heartK, cross to hand with a spade and ruff another low diamond. To give yourself the best chance of retaining a late entry to dummy with clubK, it's best to cross back to hand with another spade rather than clubA. When the spadeK wins, you can cash heartA. If both opponents follow, you can afford another trump hoping for two overtricks if they are 3-3. If the trumps are 5-1, you'll have to hope that the five trump hand has at least two spades. Ever the considerate type, I'll spare you the real story.... it would upset you.
