What about a spade contract by North? Easy!! You win the opening diamond lead with diamondA as it's vital not to shorten the long trump hand. Ace, king and another club ruffed low/high and cash the other two South spades. Crossing back to the heartK, the remaining trumps are drawn and North's hand is high. Thirteen tricks!
If you prefer a less ambitious line, try a half cross ruff/ half dummy reversal approach. Win in hand and ruff a diamond, cash the heart and club winners and then ruff diamonds in the North hand and clubs in South.

In 3NT ten tricks are the safe limit. You could judge to duck a couple of diamonds, win the next and cash all the black suit winners. East is strip-squeezed into throwing diamond winners, by which time you can afford to exit with a club and hope that West wins.
