Presumably declarer has chosen to safety-play hearts - what else can he be up to? In that case there seems little point in doing anything else other than rising with heartQ, so dummy plays low and partner pitches diamond7. You try diamondK and declarer ruffs as expected. After a heart to dummy's jack, partner throws club5 and declarer returns to hand with clubA to draw your last trump as both dummy and West pitch spades. What do you throw when North crosses to dummy with spadeK and returns to hand with the ace?
