Assuming that you want to avoid leading a trump, if West has four diamonds then he cannot be prevented from reaching dummy with a diamond ruff, but that will allow you spadeK to become an eventual winner. Partner's diamond2 has told you that diamondA is going to stand up so it's simply a question of cashing it and exiting with a club. West has to ruff and you can allow heartK to hold before winning the second heart and continuing with clubs. Declarer has no chance.

At one table South cashed an ill advised heartA at trick three allowing West to unblock. Now there was a vital entry to dummy and declarer picked up the trumps to register 420.
