You can safely assume that declarer will have at least seven trumps and all the other important cards. If West has heartK10x then partner will have to be alert if declarer leads a low heart, for it will be vital that the jack is inserted to keep dummy off lead. That must be the main concern for you too and therefore you should defend accordingly.
