What about a dummy reversal? Ruff the second diamond and return to hand with top clubs to ruff two more diamonds. When clubJ drops on the second round you will ruff the last diamond high to prevent yourself being locked in dummy. Draw trumps, and when West shows out on the third round of clubs you spectacularly overtake club10 with clubA to put East on lead to play away from heartA. Neat eh?

In all you make three diamond ruffs, three top trumps, three top clubs and heartK.
