You could simply hope to draw trumps in three rounds and play a heart to the king, but that would be a very poor line. If East has heartA then another diamond force will remove dummy's last trump before you have a chance to lead towards heartJ. Even if East has heartQ too you will lose four tricks.

Maybe it would be better to lead hearts immediately for you will retain three trumps in hand even if the defence continue with the diamond force. That's better if not best, but it should give you a clue to the optimum line..
