If you ran spade10 you can count yourself unlucky - that's more or less what Andrew Robson did. One off. Maybe you went for the double spade finesse, or guessed right when East played low on the second spade? If so - well done indeed. Guessing right is a much maligned route to success in this game - but it does help!
