To be quite honest I haven't a clue what is the best technical line, and therefore I'd be very pleased to hear your opinions. Nevertheless, I know which line appeals the most!

How about leading heart10 and rising with the ace irrespective of what West plays? A heart is then led towards heartK7 and a deep finesse taken if required.
