The correct play is to play low on the heart from dummy! Declarer has no winning alternative. Whatever he does after winning with heartQ, you will eventually be able to get in, draw two rounds of trumps and cash two clubs. If you go in with ace or king of hearts at trick two then the only guaranteed winning continuation is heart10, retaining control of the trump suit. If you were to cash a club prematurely then North will be able to organise a club ruff and draw trumps, unless of course you play three rounds of trumps in which case North's losing club goes on the fifth diamond.
