West will have to had to find two discards and is in fact squeezed in three suits. Unless he chooses to keep all his hearts and throw two diamonds declarer plays A, K, ruff a heart, exit with a low club. West is end-played and has to give South his two minor queens. If West judges well to throw two diamonds then his side are guaranteed two winners.
