If you put up diamondQ after the third heart ruff then South is caught in a Morton's Fork of his very own. If he ducks then you can give partner an obvious club ruff but if he wins diamondA then there will be no entry in dummy to be able draw the remaining trumps. Neat - but would you spotted it?
