The point of the deal is that when South leads a diamond at trick six you must be ready to fly in with diamondQ - otherwise you can write down minus 420. Declarer will duck and partner will probably play a fourth heart. South will ruff in hand for a fourth time, cash spadeQ, cross to diamondA and draw the remaining trumps for ten tricks.
