The bidding may be a little dubious (hear, hear!), particularly the pass of 4heart by West who didn't understand the slam try. Clearly East did not relish the prospect of playing in the 3-2 heart fit instead of the 5-5 club fit. Anyway, South cashed spadeA and followed with spade2, declarer winning in dummy. Trying to reduce his losses, declarer ruffed the third spade in hand, led a diamond to the king and successfully finessed diamondJ. So far so good...
