Quite what deep game North was playing I know not, but suffice it to say that it worked in spectacular fashion. South did very well to lead a heart and North took out some insurance by cashing all his hearts before switching to clubs. Of course with double dummy vision North could switch to a club after the first or second heart. That would lead to NINE down!
