If you led a spade I take my hat off to you. Declarer would then have little realistic chance of making the contact - unless he was feeling particularly inspired by dropping the queen of hearts offside and exiting with diamondQ. If East wins he his end-played and if he ducks then he can be ... End-played.

Alternatively if declarer runs heartJ for a finesse then East can prevail by returning a heart immediately.
