* Game Forcing

It seems a simple matter to overtake dummy's queen and take an immediate diamond finesse. Declarer can now win any return, draw trumps and has a guaranteed entry to be able to run the diamonds. When the deal happened at the table, declarer took clubQ in the dummy and came to hand with a trump. When the diamond finesse lost, East rapidly switched to a heart and declarer was stuck on the table having being forced to ruff with dummy's last trump. West's spadeJ was promoted with very little fuss.

Any thoughts?
