After seeing spade4 you know partner has three spades, so you can count two spade winners and presumably diamondK - for presumably partner would not have led a diamond from diamond109x on this bidding. South's trumps cannot be solid because he would surely have overtaken heartJ - so there is hope. Where are the other two tricks coming from?
