~ some useful values

In the Venice Cup Ladies World Championship final of 2002 between France and Germany, France had pulled out a very good lead and went into the final set of eight boards 47 IMPs ahead. In the last set Germany started pulling back those IMPs with a vengeance. This was the penultimate board.

West opened a weak 2spade, North doubled for take-out and South bid a semi-constructive 3diamond (2NT would have been negative). Over North's 3spade South bid the obvious 3NT.

How would you play on spade7 lead? Dummy's king holds and East plays the ten.
