Apart from the rather tenuous clue that West has not pre-empted on a horrible six card suit, the only real clue to West's shape are the clubs and hearts he has contributed. To follow with heart7, heart3, heart10 from an original heart1097432 would be a strange way to help you and so you should assume that North is being devious. You should therefore exit with another heart and wait for two club tricks.
