Many year ago I was playing with a "natural" card player and we reached a poor grand slam. Nevertheless my partner timed the play to perfection and subjected one of the defenders to a squeeze for the thirteenth trick:- "Well, he had to throw something away".

On this hand you need to get West to "to throw something away", but you too must time the play to perfection..
