The opening lead has given you a big help. Either it's from shortage, in which case you can make four diamond tricks, or if it's from length then West will have to look after both minors. In this latter case the spade finesse will be heavy odds-on, so the first thing to do is win diamondK and cross to spadeA just in case West has singleton spadeQ. You go back to dummy with a heart, West following, and finesse spadeJ . West throws a club.
