Try making 4heart doubled on a heart, any heart, lead. Well, actually North can make an overtrick quite simply with a perfectly plausible line! He wins the opening lead with the ace, noting the fall of the king. He continues with four rounds of spades ruffing the last in dummy, clubA, ruff a club and then exits with queen, jack and another heart. East has to lead a diamond - bingo!
