Facing four top losers, South's prospects are very poor. Assuming that the trumps behave, if the defender with three trumps also has at least four diamonds there might be some hope of ruffing a club in dummy. Draw two rounds of trumps, cash four diamonds and ditch a club from dummy. The trouble is that when you concede a club a defender will play a third round of trumps. Any ideas?
