It now becomes apparent why West originally covered diamondJ - no doubt he didn't want you to be in hand when you first led a club. When his queen pops up, allowing to make all five clubs, you have eleven tricks available. The end position is similar to the one shown but with diamondA still in dummy and spadeA still in hand.
