Declarer wins heartQ, takes two rounds of trumps ending in dummy. A diamond is won with diamondK in hand, the last trump is drawn and heart4 played. North wins to switch to a club but dummy can now lead another diamond and declarer cannot go wrong! When North rises with the ace, diamondQ provides the parking place for the losing club.

East was seduced by the prospect of finding heart10 with South - it was a good shot from him to put heartJ on the table at trick one!
