Entering hand with spadeA, declarer cashed diamondA to confirm his suspicions about the trumps, crossed to spadeK and ruffed a heart. South ruffed the next spade and exited with a club, won with dummy's ace. By now North's exact shape was known, so a club finesse was followed by two more rounds to put South on lead at trick twelve. diamondKJ ensured declarer's final two tricks.
