The answer is neither, for the best way forward is to overtake heartK with the ace and ruff a heart high! If they break or the queen is singleton then you plan to end in dummy with the third round of trumps and enjoy the rest of the hearts. If the hearts don't break then you must pray that the trumps are 2-2 . there is no alternative.
