. . . here North continues with a fourth club and a heart is thrown from dummy. South ruffs as high as he can, but West over-ruffs cheaply, cashes spadeAQ, crosses to heartA, draws the last trump and claims. Never believe anyone who claims bridge is an easy game.

Incidentally, without reference to the North-South hands, would you prefer to be in 3NT or 4spade on either of these East-West combinations? Perhaps West should raise to 2NT to 3NT - which is cold!
