As no suit has been agreed I see no reason why this 4NT should be treated as Blackwood. North was unsure and bid 5heart anyway, but now partner leapt to 7club! South ought to have bid 4club over 3NT, pinpointing his shape nicely. Whether this would have made any difference to the final contract - who knows?
