This is what happened. Declarer won the second trick in dummy with clubK and crossed to heartK to lead a low diamond to the nine, queen and king. A diamond to South's ace was followed by diamond10 ruffed by East who now cashed heartJ, North petering to show three, and led spadeQ. South covered so declarer won with spadeA, crossed back to hand with heartQ and ran spade7. When North showed out it was all over.
