So, win heartA and play a diamond. North wins and leads a club to South who switches to a spade .. but it is too late. Declarer wins spadeA, cashes heartKQ discarding diamonds and cross-ruffs the next four tricks. West is down to three trumps and cannot be prevented from making two of them.

Note that had you taken the inferior line, South must play low on the first diamond lead from dummy, allowing North to win and play a second round of trumps.
