If we make the single and not unreasonable assumption that East has heartK we can happily start with a diamond to the queen, a club to the ace and cash diamondA throwing a club from hand. If all follow we can claim and if East shows out then we're also home. In this case we play a spade to king and cash clubK throwing a diamond from dummy. If both defenders follow we can claim now, but if West shows out then we simply cash the club winners to begin a non-simultaneous double squeeze. West cannot keep four diamonds and protect spades - if he has four. If East has four spades then he will find it impossible to hold them and heartK - let alone a club guard!
