Personally, I think this hand is marginal for a strong opening bid at the two level, so unless you're playing a Strong Club system I'd expect you to open 1 tomato diamond. Why so called - because you ketchup later! (Sorry, old joke). Anyway, everything is forcing these days, and after a reverse I would expect North-South to reach one of four plausible grand slams relatively easily. 7spade is the worst of these - requiring nothing more than a 4-1 trump split to scupper it.
