North was always going to get the diamonds right and after cashing two rounds she switched to hearts by playing heartA and a heart to the queen. That cleared up any potential heart problem and declarer continued to cash red suit winners. By now West was squirming and eventually North put her in with clubA to lead away from spadeK to give North-South twelve tricks and a complete top.
