It was the one where the defence was so hot that East must have been holidaying on Mercury. You may remember that East overtook West's lead of diamondQ and switched to a spade! After West played ace and another, declarer won spadeJ and led his own ace and another - in hearts. West won, gave his partner a spade ruff, took clubAQ and led a diamond. Unable to get back to dummy after taking diamondA and drawing trumps, South was finished.
