With the oppo silent you open 1club and partner bids 1spade. What would you bid with each of the four hands?
North: 3spade (value)
East: 3NT ("pudding raise" to 4spade )
South: 4spade (good shape)
West: 4club (solid clubs + support).
Don't moan - you're almost certainly a better bidder than me so no doubt you can let me know how you would have described them more accurately.

With the South hand I would expect some opposition bidding.
