Presumably West has considerable strength in diamonds, so would it seem right for East to go on to 4heart with a mere two points amongst his eleven major suit cards? Very difficult to judge.

Anyway, East decided to Pass over 3NT, and now you can look at North's defensive problems. He led diamond6 to South's nine and West's queen. Declarer plays ace and another spade and you win with the king.
