West won South's clubQ with the ace and played heartAK, heart ruff, diamond ruff and another heart. If North discarded dummy's last trump would win, followed by another diamond ruff in the closed hand and exit with king and another club. This would end-play North and West would end with eleven tricks. So North ruffed and exited with spadeQ, but it made no difference. West drew trumps and gave up a club .. still eleven tricks.
