Might I suggest 2 followed by a raise to 4 over 2 and 4 over anything else? Even so, looking at the two hands it's not immediately clear whether you want to be in 4 or 4, but for the purposes of this article - it's crucial. Perhaps you play the cards better than I do (not difficult) and would prefer be in 6, but let's say that you are content with a mere 4 played from the West hand.
