Zmudzinski won the opening lead and ran club8 to East's jack. diamondJ forced out South's king (West followed!), and declarer cashed spadeAK, heartAK, and ran off his spade winners. West, who started with four spades, threw a low heart, dummy shed a club and two hearts, East two diamonds and a club. Neither missing heart honour had appeared.
